Terms of Use for TYR

1. Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using TYR, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use TYR or its connected features.

2. What TYR provides

TYR is a fitness and wellness tracking application for user-entered and wearable-derived information. It can organize workouts, nutrition, sleep, activity, recovery, body measurements, goals, notes and related context. TYR can also generate AI-readable reports and may offer optional account and ChatGPT connection features.

Features, supported devices, calculations and availability may change. TYR may add, remove, suspend, or revise features when needed to improve, secure, or operate the product.

3. General wellness information—not medical advice

TYR is not a medical service. TYR data, calculations, reports, summaries and AI-assisted responses are for general fitness and wellness context. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, or a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.

Wearable and user-entered data can be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or inaccurate. Do not use TYR to make urgent medical decisions. Seek appropriate professional or emergency help for symptoms or medical concerns.

4. Your information and responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you enter, import, authorize, export, or share, and for checking it before relying on it. You must have the right to provide information you place in TYR. Do not enter another person’s sensitive information without appropriate authority.

You decide whether to export an AI-readable report or authorize an optional external connection. If you share information with ChatGPT or another external AI service, that service’s terms and privacy practices apply to its handling of the information.

5. Optional accounts and connected features

Normal local use and optional connected features have different data flows. When account or ChatGPT connection features are offered, you are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for promptly revoking access you no longer want. TYR’s ChatGPT tools are read-only and do not allow ChatGPT to edit or delete TYR records.

Connected features may depend on third-party platforms, networks, and services. Their availability is not guaranteed.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse TYR, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or probe private services, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, use TYR to violate law or another person’s rights, or use connected features to expose sensitive information without authority.

7. Intellectual property

TYR, its website, software, product name, designs, text, graphics, calculations, and other product materials are owned by Bhavik Patel or the applicable licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms allow personal use of the product; they do not transfer ownership or grant a right to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create misleading derivative services except where law expressly permits.

You retain rights in information you enter. You give TYR only the permissions reasonably necessary to process that information for the features you choose to use.

8. Availability and changes

TYR may experience errors, interruptions, delayed synchronization, or data loss. Keep independent copies of information that is important to you. TYR may update these terms when product features or legal requirements change. A revised effective date will be posted with material changes.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, TYR is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, suitable for a particular training or wellness outcome, or compatible with every device or service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher of TYR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, opportunity, revenue, or expected fitness outcomes arising from use of or inability to use TYR. Any limitation applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

Legal review: confirm whether a monetary liability cap, jurisdiction-specific consumer carve-outs, and Apple App Store required terms should be added.

11. Suspension or termination

You may stop using TYR at any time. TYR may restrict connected services when reasonably necessary for security, misuse, legal compliance, or service operation. Local deletion, connected-context deletion, and revocation are described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing terms

Owner/legal confirmation required: insert the governing law, courts or dispute process, severability language, and the publisher’s legal service address before treating this as a final legal document.
