TYR

Why TYR exists

TYR began from wanting one place to understand workouts, nutrition, sleep, activity, recovery and goals. Those records already existed, but they lived in separate tools and were difficult to interpret together.

TYR is being built as the health context layer between personal tracking and AI reasoning: software that organizes what happened, explains the limits of the record, and gives an AI enough structure to reason without guessing from disconnected screenshots.

Built by one identifiable person

Bhavik designs, builds and publishes TYR as an independent product. TYR does not present itself as a large team, a clinic, or a medical authority. The product’s claims, policies and support contact are public so people can judge the work and reach the person responsible for it.

Privacy-first and offline-first

Normal app use is designed around local storage on the user’s device. AI-readable reports are user-controlled. Optional account and ChatGPT features require deliberate authorization and expose scoped, read-only summaries rather than an unrestricted database. Read the Privacy Policy for the current data flows.

Fitness and wellness, not medical care

TYR is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, or claim to replace qualified healthcare professionals. Its role is to make personal fitness and wellness context clearer while keeping uncertainty and data limits visible.
